I had this annoying problem also and changed mine out and it was fixed. 3126 Cat motor has it threaded into back of head; Don't know on Volvo, you need 6 foot gorilla arms to get back to it, but it threads right out. WebAug 3, 2024 · The filter will have little to no fuel in it, and when I start it up from cold, I'll see it fill about 1/2 of the way. Then as I ride it, the fuel level drops. Does the carb have some sort of vent that allows air into the fuel line? The tank is full of gas. I don't have fuel line clamps on. Could it be drawing air into the line at the connections?
