WebI suspect the Rayburn has an air leak on the door. The coalbrookdale stove has good seals on the doors and has been know to bank down for 36 hours then still roar when the air is opened up. We rarely have the main radiator circuit on. May be 6 times this winter! The heat from the stoves circulates well around the house.

Or running a 45w pump for 8hrs/ day = 0.045kw x 8 x .25 = 0.09 per day. Quite a dramatic difference, particularly if power doubles again in price.
