DT Swiss was not delivering the chosen shocks to ICB, they changed to another DT Swiss model they could procure but recently ICB indicated that they were moving back to a spring shock like in the Quest/Strada. It is not clear if it is because they are still having problems with procuring the DT Swiss shocks.
